Morning Delivery Request (9am – 12noon)
Please place an order and payment(#) 2 working days before delivery date.
* In some cases, delivery may not be done within a specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
* Morning delivery request not available during peak season (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day). We understood that sender hope the delivery to be morning surprise on the special day but due to high volume of delivery to be handling during peak season, we can't promise but we will try the best to fulfill. However, delivery will be done at the date specified during order.
Substitution
We reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability to the most or next similar which is available at the date of the order / delivery. We would ensure that items replaced will be either equivalent or higher value.
Important Notes :
- Sender must provide at least 1 contact number for recipient e.g. mobile phone. Please provide alternative contact number if available e.g. 2nd mobile phone / office phone / house phone. We will confirm the address with recipient again before delivery. We will NOT reveal the actual item until it received by recipient because we understand most of the sender need the gift/flower to be a surprise
- Order status can be check from 'My Order Status' at our website mainpage right hand column by input Order ID and E-Mail. However, status will update manually by our customer service during working hour.
- Fix time/express delivery available by extra delivery charges e.g. order must deliver between 2pm to 3pm otherwise recipient will not be there. Our reason to have these charges because we need to arrange an extra driver to make sure that the item can be delivering on particular time. Payment via Bank in / Internet banking / ATM / Western Union : Provided ( via fax / e-mail / MMS) of payment receipt / proof (with order ID) that indicate payment details such as date & time, beneficiary account name & number, amount ;
Payment via Credit / Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard) : Successful payment, receipt been generated and sent by payment gateway (MOLPay)
