Same Day Delivery (Monday to Saturday)
For order and payment done by 2pm from Monday to Friday ; by 11am on Saturday. (Same day delivery might not available before the time said above if we reached our daily delivery limit)
Morning Delivery from Monday to Friday (9am – 12noon)
Please place the order and payment done 4 working days before delivery date.
Public Holiday And Special Occasion
(E.g. Sunday, Christmas, Valentine’s day, Mother’s day & Father’s day)
Please place your order 2 days in advance to ensure that goods can be deliver on time
*** In some cases, delivery may not be done within a specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Time
Monday to Friday : 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday : 9.00am - 2.00pm
Sunday and public holiday : special arrangement can be make
*** We will deliver the order soonest possible on the date specified by our own delivery team
Substitution
We reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability. We would ensure that items replaced will either be of equivalent or higher value. However, we will not replace the main flowers chosen (e.g. If the choice of the main flowers is red roses, we will substitute with a different colour but not to substitute with different type of flowers e.g. Lily)
Important Notes :
- Sender must provide at least 1 contact number for recipient e.g. mobile phone. Please provide alternative contact number if available e.g. 2nd mobile phone / office phone / house phone. We will confirm the address with recipient again before delivery. We will NOT reveal the actual item until received by recipient because we understand most of the senders need the gift/flower to be a surprise
- Order status can be check anytime on our website (right hand side) by input order ID and e-mail address
- Fix time/express delivery available by extra delivery charges e.g. order must deliver between 2pm to 3pm otherwise recipient will not be there. Our reason to have these charges because we need to arrange an extra driver to make sure that the item can be delivering on particular time. To avoid the charges, we suggest :- [please contact us for more details]
o For delivery to office : Deliver to receptionist or recipient colleague
o For delivery to house : Deliver to recipient family member or neighbour
o For delivery to college/university campus : Deliver to recipient friend if we can’t contact recipient. Please provide us recipient friend contact number for arrangement
